1999-2004 Super Duty 11" dual diaphragm vacuum booster and 1.375" bore master cylinder for 1967-1979 Ford trucks
This booster/master combo works great with any front disc brake application. It has enough power to control large tires but is not so aggressive as hydroboost and gives a very comfortable feel. It is tremendously more powerful than any oem 1970's system
This is an easy bolt in swap, with the exception of needing to cut down the booster's 4 very long studs.
The new master has standard- not metric- flare threaded outputs. The complete kits include flare adapters to accept common 3/8 tube nuts that come on 3/16 brake lines
Valve cover clearance is minimal with this kit and a couple 460 owners have reported minor interference. You can see below that FE engines have about 1" of clearance.
