This is a common and generic PV4 valve that comes with the flare adapter fittings that accept 3/8 tube nuts, which are the size on 3/16 brake lines that you would find at any parts store. 

These can be used for disc/disc applications or drum/drum applications. They work well for modern Super Duty axle swaps. Note that your original 1960s or 1970s valve will also work fine with modern disc/disc axles as long as it is in good functioning condition. 

There are two front outputs. You can use both, or alternatively, plug one output and use the other.
