The 2003-2005, and maybe other years, Cummins swaps often require a mounting bracket that sits a little forward of the oem location. This requires moving the computer. This bracket let's you nicely mount it somewhere in the inner fender. The tabs need bent and then welded to finalize. this way you can decide to bend them inward or outward for whatevre works best
