These same parts are included in the front end kits and you don't need to separately purchase them.
This is a steel plate, machined steel spacers, and 14mm bolts for installing a 2005-07 F250 / F350 steering box in a 1967-79 Ford F100, F150, F250, or F350 2wd frame. This requires drilling and welding. All 1967 frames and most 1968-72 F350 frames have an engine crossmember that is double walled. This application requires cutting and additional welding shown here:

There are four variations of these kits. You'll want to compare the shape to your front driver frame rail but below is a pretty reliable summary:
2WDSTR-A: Most all 1977-79 2wd applications, other than crew cabs. These will have a noticeable hump in the top of the frame rail.
2WDSTR-B: Most all 1973-76 and a good amount of 1968-72 F250 and half ton. 2wd applications, other than crew cabs. These will have a small enlargment on the bottom of the frame, and the top of the frame is mostly flat without a hump.
2WDSTR-C: All 1967 and most 1968-72 F350. This is designed for applicaitons with a double wall engine crossmember. The double wall is at the forward side.
2WDSTR-CRW: All crew cabs except those that have a double wall engine crossmember (only earlier frams have the double wall). These frames have bumper brackets like highboys.
