This is a complete bolt in kit designed to work on 1980 to 1990 GM medium duty trucks that gives a modern 11" Super Duty power brake booster and 1.5" bore master cylinder in place of the original system pictured here. The origianl systems are becoming more difficul to source and this provides a long term solution. It's important that you confirm fitment before ordering by comparing my pictures and measurements to your truck. There may be variations in these trucks I am not aware of. This kit is meant for trucks that have a firewall bolt pattern of 3.75" by 3.75" and a depth from firwall to brake pedal of 9.4".
These provide a similar amount of brake fluid pressure and volume as your original system. These are not a performance upgrade so much as they are a serviceability upgrade.
Super Duty Components:
This kit comes with a Super Duty 11" dual diaphragm booster and 1.5" bore Super Duty master cylinder. The Ford parts are excellent, reliable, and easy to source. These parts are 100% brand new and high quality throughout. The booster has a very nice black powdecoated finish that will last for years. This is the same setup that a modern F550 truck would come with.
C60 / 6000 applications have a long spacing from booster to pedal connection. We take the brand new Super Duty booster, cut the rod in half, and tig weld on a machined steel spacer. The spacer is solid in the middle so the integrity of the booster rod doesn't rely on the welds- although you can expect great weld quality.

Super Duty Master Cylinder, 1.50" bore (5C3Z2140FA or equivalent)
Custom steel bushing designed to mate SD booster eyelet to factory bake pedal
High quality grade 8 hardware for entire install
Flare adapter fittings- to connect standard 7/16" inverted flare fittings to the master cylinder (common on 1/4" lines)
Flare plugs- for the unnecesssary ports on the MC
These brackets are designed, laser cut, and formed right here in the USA. The parts supplied with them are top quality
