This is a complete bolt-in kit designed around a 1968 Dodge D-400. It likely works with similar models and for other years, but I have limited fitment information. Please see the picture here to show the application this is meant to work with, and check the measurements below. This gives a firewall-mounted Super Duty hydroboost and 1.375" bore master cylinder. It's important that you confirm fitment before ordering by comparing my pictures and measurements to your truck. There may be variations in these trucks that I am not aware of. 
The firewall specs are: Vertical spacing: 2.5" and Horizontal spacing: 3.5"

You will notice a huge increase in braking power and pedal feel, getting rid of your original system and going to this setup.  This does away with the slave system and under under-mounted booster. This booster installs in about an hour and requires no cutting or permanent modification. It works with your existing brake pedal. You do need to add a proportioning valve. 
 
Master Cylinder
This comes with a 1.375" bore Super Duty master cylinder with passenger side ports. This is a fairly large bore size and this gives a firm pedal feel. It works well with original drum brakes.

Booster
A 1999-2004 style Super Duty hydroboost booster is included. This is a powerful and reliable booster. It plumbs into a power steering pump with included 6AN hoses and fittings.

This setup puts out about 2000 psi as well as a large amount of fluid and should be a good match for medium duty drum brakes or modern disc brake conversions. It is significantly more powerful than an original system.
