These bracket are for installing a Cummins engine in a 1967 to early 1977 F250 Ford pickups commonly called highboys. Highboys are the trucks with divorced transfer cases, in cab fuel tanks, 34" frames in the rear, and leaf spring front axles. It does not work on anything else. This includes 4 brackets (frame side and engine side), hardware, and 94-02 style Dodge Cummins polyurethane isolators. These are very heavy duty brackets, weighing 40LBS for the set and made of 5/16 steel. Please know these things before ordering:
- Cutting the crossmember is required- we expect about 75% or more of the top of the crossmember needs to go away.
- The bolt holes align with all oem holes on the frame. But some frames don't have all of the possible bolt holes drilled from the factory. You may or may not need to drill holes as a result.
- The radiator fan clearance is only accomplished with a 1991-1993 Cummins fan pulley bracket and pulley. These parts are a necessity. We are going to offer these for reasonable prices.
- The passenger side isolator is offset forward to accommodate an industrial style manifold and a 24-valve turbo. We recommend using these parts and this is the only option to clear factory AC HVAC housings
- We expect to offer these with a cast iron engine side bracket later in 2026. The price of these is likely to go down at that time.
- We have a huge amount of parts in the works for this conversion- dual battery trays, transmission crossmember, radiator hoses, fan shroud, AC hoses, intercooler and plumbing, and so on.
- Clearance to a 2005-07 steering box will be close. no promises it will clear.
- The brackets are powdercoated satin black.
